Generous discs of 70% dark chocolate are topped with crystallised stem ginger, candied orange peel, freeze-dried raspberries and crushed pistachios. Handmade in Henley-on-Thames using sustainably sourced couverture, they balance fruit, gentle spice and nutty texture. Presented in a sturdy drum.
