Delivery Information

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your furniture arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery times vary depending on the item and supplier, but estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page. Once your order is confirmed, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date where required.

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 working days, although larger furniture items may take slightly longer depending on availability.

Delivery Areas

Labonair currently delivers to mainland United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, delivery may not be available to certain remote areas or offshore locations. If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Large Furniture Delivery

Some larger items are delivered using specialist furniture couriers.

For these deliveries:

You may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time

Delivery may take place within a scheduled time window

Assistance may be required to ensure clear access to your property

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

Returns & Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return process.

Returned items must be:

Unused

In their original condition

Returned with original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the item and reason for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
