Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas or offshore locations. If delivery to your area is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and supplier logistics.
For most items, delivery typically takes between:
7–14 working days
Some larger furniture items or special orders may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, delivery surcharges may apply for certain locations or larger items. If this applies, we will notify you before dispatch.
Furniture Delivery
Some larger furniture items may be delivered by specialist furniture couriers.

Delivery Inspection
We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they are delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or supply chain disruptions.
If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with updates.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If you believe your order has been lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
